			If you have brought your vehicle in for service then you have probably met Les & Frenchy. They are here to take you home, work or other desired destination within a 10 mile radius of our dealership Monday thru Friday 7:15am - 5:30pm & Saturday 8:15am - 3:30pm. Les came to work for us in 2001 and has spent the last 9 years providing safe, conversational & convenient transportation for our service guests. Les is also an avid golfer & has participated in several charitable tournaments sponsored by McCord's Vancouver Toyota.
In 1972, Jean, better known as "Frenchy", moved here from Bayonn, France. Frenchy has been married to his lovely wife, Barbara for 42 years. Together they have 6 children & recently celebrated the birth of their 11th grandchild. Six days a week you will find Les & Frenchy ready to take you to your destination. Becky, our Shuttle Coordinator & Les' niece, will coordinate your pick-up time or just call us when you are ready.

	Question: How long do you expect my service to take while I'm in the waiting room? Answer: This clearly depends on the type of service you are having performed. For simple maintenance, it is generally safe to estimate the following wait times: 1 Hour - Basic Service (5K, 10K, 20K, etc);  2 Hours - Intermediate Service (15K, 45K, 75K, etc) & 4 Hours - Major Service (30K, 60K, 90K, etc)
